Complete Site Refactor

Fed up with the horrible early 2000s chaos that is HTML tables... I decided to try to refactor the entire site. I've kept a lot of the same visual design, but have made it easier for me to change things and slightly more reactive.

I've not really every done any web design like this myself. I greatly appreciate the help of Mozilla's documentation on CSS and ChatGPT for some assistance in debugging.
